Ref. Church; Malachy Moran, R.C.P.; W.C. Stitt, Pastor of Presbyterian Church; Geo. Seibert, Pastor 2nd Ger. Ref. Church; H.B. Winton, Pastor U.B. Church; and Geo. W. Heyde, M.E. Church. Clergymen from Hagerstown, Maryland, are avowing themselves as Unionists and asking for restraint and the condemnation of rebellion in this appeal to the community.
